Skin H2O Spa is committed to transparency, safety, and exceptional service. The following policies outline how we operate and how we protect our clients.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete check-in and consultation forms.
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling based on availability.

Shipping Policy for Drop Ship Products

Drop ship orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once processed, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
Products ship directly from the manufacturer or an authorized distributor.
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Tracking information is provided once orders ship.
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
Skin H2O Spa is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier.

Returns and Refunds Policy
In-Spa Retail Purchases

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 7 days for store credit.
Opened or used products cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene standards.

Drop Ship Products

All drop ship items are final sale.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments must be reported within 48 hours and must include photos for claim review.

Services

All service sales are final.
If you have concerns about a service, contact us within 48 hours. A corrective service may be offered at the provider’s discretion.

Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are final.
Gift cards cannot be refunded, replaced, or redeemed for cash.
